We are committed to providing our guests with a safe, comfortable, neat, and family-friendly environment. To maintain the security and quality of our property, all guests are requested to cooperate with the following policies during their stay. Our staff is always available to assist guests, and the building includes useful facilities such as free parking, a grocery store, and a mosque in the basement for your convenience.

  • 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Remaining 70% payment must be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Original CNIC/ID card is mandatory at the time of entrance/check-in.
  • ID card will be returned at the time of check-out/exit.
  • The ID requirement is strictly for safety, security, and legal purposes.
  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect property rules.
  • Any illegal activity, disturbance, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings if policies are violated.
  • Any damage to furniture, appliances, room accessories, or property items found after check-out will be the responsibility of the guest, and full compensation/payment for the damaged item(s) will be required.
  • Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, cash, jewelry, or valuables.
